What you’ll be doing:

MHR are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the iTrent Product Design team. Working closely with the Product Manager, responsibilities include researching solutions to meet needs and ensuring the iTrent product vision is realised and the product continues to deliver incredible value to our customers and remains ahead of the competition.

The Business Analyst will bring optimism to the process of delivering a first-class HR & Payroll system that supports the ever-changing workforce. They have an outstanding understanding of the customer needs and challenges that the customers face, both now and in the future.

• Working with Research to ensure the latest technical and sociological trends are evaluated as part of new features.
• Validating ideas and features with stakeholders prior to committing to delivery.
• Involving other members of the department and company in order to foster the sharing of knowledge and ideas.
• Working with the user experience experts to help design the product.
• Producing business requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Participating in the review of solutions throughout their development in order to ensure fitness for purpose.
• Working closely with product marketing to ensure business readiness and supporting knowledge transfer of upcoming developments.
